Dylan founded Yellowhite in 2024 after watching the UK private plate industry get away with hidden fees and faceless service for too long. Two decades of running online businesses had taught him what good service looks like and the gap between what companies promise and what they deliver.

Dylan leads Yellowhite's customer experience and writes the helpful content for private plate buyers. He personally signs off on the operational decisions that define the brand: transparent pricing, proactive communication, and direct accountability. Customers regularly mention him by name in reviews; a side-effect of how closely he's involved in the work.

Dylan lives in Kent with his wife and their two dogs.
